Europe’s energy transition is accelerating and a growing skilled workers is essential for deploying vital infrastructure. Recognised by the EU, the IEA, and stakeholders across the sector, this challenge affects the entire energy value chain – from manufacturing and installation to operation and maintenance.
As the grid continues to evolve – with increased renewables, digitalisation, storage, sector coupling and security requirements – there is a pressing need for a workforce equipped with the right skills to support this transformation.
This joint webinar will bring together representatives from the European Commission, TSOs, DSOs, and industry to share practical examples, showcase initiatives, and discuss what is needed to build a resilient, future-ready workforce.
