ENTSO-EAccording to Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 of 2 August 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity transmission system operation (SO GL), all TSOs in each Synchronous Area have to prepare, by 12 months after entry into force of SO GL, an Operational Agreement for Load Frequency Control and Reserves according to article 118 of SO GL.
The public consultation on the proposals runs from 3 April until 3 May 2018.
A stakeholder workshop will take place on 13th April at ENTSO-E premises in Brussels from 11h00 to 16h00.
