ENTSO-E would like to highlight a series of technical aspects that should be considered in respect of the implementation of the CEP70 rule (Article 16 of Regulation 943 /2019). These aspects are listed in a technical document published today on ENTSO-E’s website and which relate to the recently published ACER’s “Report on the result of monitoring the margin available for cross-zonal trade in the EU in the first semester of 2020”.
